Terms and conditions of return

You can always return an order within 14 business days counting from the receipt of said order.

To access this return, it is necessary that the products have not been opened and are in their original packaging.

Before starting the return process, contact our customer service to leave a record and we will indicate the steps to follow.

In the case of product defect returns, please contact us providing the necessary evidence/s. A technician from our team will assess the damage and inform you how to proceed.

For products with a value less than € 40, the following will not be considered as defective:
- Minor paint glitch
- Minor defects of the figure not considered critical
Boxes or blisters are considered packaging, so it will not be considered a resason for return in orders in which only the box or blister is damaged or opened and the figure or item in perfect condition.

Exceptionally during the Christmas period and since we understand that many purchases can be gifts that are not delivered until Christmas Day (25 th of December), we extend the return period from December 1 to the business day following Christmas Day (25 th of December).
