WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
At Global Freaks, we offer our clients the possibility of reserving some figures before physically disposing of them in our warehouse. We have called this modality "PRE-ORDER".
WHAT DO I GET WHEN I BUY BY THIS METHOD?
Basically there would be 2 benefits that are obtained by buying by this method. It is a way to ensure both quantity and price of a product. In collecting, unfortunately, the units of some figures are limited and there are not as many units as we would like to offer. On some occasions there are figures that are not in stock because all units are sold during the pre-order status. On the other hand, although there are still units at the time of arrival, it is possible that their price has been increased since the moment the pre-order was announced. Therefore, what we recommend if you do not want to run out of a unit of a figure in which you are very interested is that you make your reservation while it is still in pre-order.
HOW MUCH MUST I PAY AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRE-ORDER FIGURE?
In the description of each pre-order product, the date on which that figure is received in our warehouse is indicated. This date is an estimation always based on the information supplied by manufacturers or distributors. We always try that the pre-sale figures are not even 24 hours in our warehouse once they are received but it is possible that in the manufacturing / distribution process they suffer some kind of delay so if you decide to buy a figure in pre-order you will need some patience in some cases (most of them are not delayed). You can contact us whenever you want as we will always be happy to help you and provide more information about the arrival in case we have.
* There are some old announcements in which what we indicate is the release date in Japan. It would be necessary to add 2 months to that date to know when we receive it in our warehouse. It will be possible to detect that the ad is old because we indicate "release date" instead of "availability date" in the product description.
CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION OF A PRE-ORDER
The most important thing before buying a pre-order is to realize that it is a firm sale. Therefore, we always recommend making the purchase when you are totally sure that it is what you want. There is always the possibility of canceling a presale. These are the 2 possible cases:
- Less than 15 days have passed since the purchase was formalized, in which case we offer the possibility of reimbursing 100% of the purchase. You just have to contact us and we will manage it
- That more than 15 days have passed since the purchase was formalized, in which case we reserve the right not to accept a cancellation after this date has elapsed. You should also contact us to manage it.
It is not possible to make any changes to an order with multiple pre-order products. The order would have to be canceled in its entirety and placed again. Attention must be paid to the currect price of the products since it is not possible to keep the price of the original order in new orders even if they come from a cancellation
UNIFY PRODUCT IN PRE-SALE WITH PRODUCT IN STOCK
One of the novelties of the new website is that it is no longer possible to unify in the same order products in stock with products in pre-order. It is possible to unify several products in pre-order. If you want to buy products in pre-order and products in stock, you have to place 2 or more orders.
One order for the product in stock and another order for the product in pre-order. If you plan to buy several figures in pre-order and you want them to be sent to you separately, what you should do is make as many orders as shipments you want us to make.
It is possible that if you do everything in one order, it will not be sent to you until it is complete. If, on the other hand, you want all the pre-sales to be sent together, the option of making a single purchase would be the correct one in this case.
* Depending on the space available in our warehouse, even if an order has several pre-orders and is unified, we reserve the option of making partial shipments of figures that we already have with us to free up part of said space. But don't worry, the customer won't have to pay an extra shipping.
